Luke 19:36-38

³⁶As he was riding along, people^[a] kept spreading their coats on the road. ³⁷He was now approaching the descent from the Mount of Olives. The whole crowd of disciples began to rejoice and to praise God with a loud voice because of all the miracles they had seen. ³⁸They said,

“How blessed is the king
who comes in the name of the Lord!^[b]
Peace in heaven,
and glory in the highest heaven!”
